What city were you born and grow up?

I was born in Baltimore City, MD and I was raised in Pikesville, MD.

As a kid did you do anything that assisted or uses to your trade? If not, what can you tell readers about yourself as a kid?

I grew up with my father, who ran a pest extermination organization. Viewing and helping my dad with his organization certainly affected my interest in the industry.

What are your favorite pastimes and activities? Do you have any accomplishments or notable distinctions in any of these activities?

My favorite activities and activities consist of fishing, kayaking, and hanging out with my family.

I share four terrific daughters with my lovely other half, Tova. Tova contributed in the founding of On the Fly Pest Removal Solutions. She operated in the office, responding to phones and communicating with clients for the very first two years of operation. She now works as a midwife, but continues to work as an accountant for On the Fly Wildlife Control Solutions.

Do you have any pets?

No. My spouse and children enjoy to promote and re-home roaming felines. You can often discover a friendly cat in our house, however we do not have any animals of our own.

I began On the Fly Wildlife Control Solutions with an enthusiasm for serving others, and the belief that individuals are a lot more than a dollar figure. I wished to establish a reliable company that could supply clients with safe and sustainable services. I began the business as a home-based service in 2014. Considering that then, the company has grown considerably. We have a group of 4 Pest extermination professionals, four Wildlife control operators, and three administrative workplace staff.

What life hardship have you faced that has defined who you are?

I grew up with 13 siblings in a low earnings, single-parent family in Baltimore, Maryland. My family faced a number of difficulties that occurred with raising a big household with very little resources. Those experiences taught me the value of difficult work and resilience.

Inform me about a time when you have dealt with something challenging on the task and what you did to conquer it. (If nothing, tell me about your favorite job performed in the previous or both!).

In the early phases of the company, On the Fly Pest Control Solutions was hired to treat several structures along a 170-acre plot of land. The old nature of the buildings made the rodents very tough to control. The company had not yet hired extra pest technicians, so I dealt with the property on my own.

Business Timeline (inception, partnerships, area modifications, addition of service technicians, growth etc.).

On the Fly Pest Control Solutions started as a home-based organization in the late summertime of 2014. My wife and I answered phones and set up consumers while I worked as the business’s only field specialist. At the time, the majority of our ad took place through word-of-mouth, however we had also developed partnerships with local advertisers as we as lead generators like Angie’s List and Home Advisor. In the summertime of 2015, On the Fly Pest Control employed its very first seasonal Customer Service Representative. By the end of that year, that Customer Service Representative was employed as the business’s very first full-time worker. What makes you an expert in your subject area (certifications, training, market associations, awards, affiliations, licensing, degrees etc.).

I am certified through the MD Dept. of Agriculture in structural pest control, termite pest extermination, rodent extermination, and public health and mosquito control. I also hold a Wildlife Damage control Permit through the MD Department of Natural Resources.
